This super imperfect episode comes to you from the road as we find some place to spend the night. Just kidding. Kinda.
2.5 years ago, I decided to stop dieting. Stop doing perfect meal plans. Stop doing Meal Prep Sunday. And stop obsessing over food.
The thing is, after doing those things for so long, it all didn't change overnight. It took time unlearning the habits and mindset I had when it came to food and LIFE.
We talk about being Imperfect yet Consistent and what the heck that means while we are on this road trip through the south... where most veggies on a menu are breaded and fried.
Forgive me for talking in circles and not presenting unfinished thoughts. I'm focusing on the process right now and not a super polished and perfect end goal. Join me in being imperfect. It's fun.
