Sometimes we look on social media and see other women's profiles and think everything in their lives is cheery + perfect and probably always has been.
I loved talking with Sarah in today's episode because she let us hear about her up and down journey with health from being a smoker in her early adult life to dealing with injury and sickness. This former teacher and current mom understands the difficulties that happens in life, but she has a growth-mindset about life and has become stronger because of those challenges.
And you guys, she trained for a marathon, it got canceled, and she still ran! Talk about strength!
