In this episode, I am looking for my missing car and getting in some NEAT steps. :)

-implement self-care 

-think about health and fitness as an added value to my life

-move my body because I love it

-got over my fear of calories

-think of calories and food as FUEL

-got over the deprivation and binge diet cycle

-stopped only eating perfect foods and learned to eat fun foods in moderation

-challenge myself and get stronger with doing hard things
