Meal plans kinda make us dumber:

"Just eat what's on the plan! Follow the plan and you'll be successful."

I used to binge on dried fruit because "it was clean" and I used it as fuel while doing my long runs...

Also because chips, pizza, and cookies "were dirty" and off limits.

I had a lot of guilt about the bingeing, so instead of dealing with why I was bingeing, I kept adding foods to my list of off limits trigger foods....
